Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Godwin, a 10-year-old child reported missing from the northwest community of Capitol Hill.
Godwin was last seen on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at approximately 1:45 p.m. in the 1900 block of 19 Avenue N.W.
Despite extensive efforts by investigators, he has not yet been located. While there are no known medical concerns, his young age and the length of time he has been missing have raised serious concern for his safety and well-being.

• Age: 10
• Height: Approximately 4’0″
• Weight: Approximately 47 lbs
• Hair: Short, black, curly
• Eyes: Brown
Last seen wearing:
• Grey jumpsuit
• Olive green pants
• Olive green zip-up top with black embroidery
• Black running shoes
At this time, there is no indication of foul play. However, authorities are working closely with the Missing Children’s Society of Canada to help locate him as quickly as possible.
